13 November 2026 – 3 January 2027 · Grand Square, Sibiu

The Sibiu Christmas Market is a cultural and tourism project initiated in 2007 — the year Sibiu was European Capital of Culture — by the Austrian Embassy's Social Attaché, Dr. h.c. Barbara Schöfnagel. It is now organised by the Events for Tourism Association in Sibiu.
The 2026 edition continues the focus on authenticity, with artisan exhibitor registrations opening on May 1, 2026. Over 120 exhibitors from 36 counties and international locations bring traditional products and crafts.
