Santa's Workshop

Every year, over 4.000 children visit Santa’s Workshop at the Sibiu Christmas Market. This year, we considered a lot of activities to satisfy the little ones creative needs. Therefore, we decided on activities that stimulate teamwork, creativity and patience, in a festive environment, and under professional supervision.

The sessions are suitable for kids aged 5 to 9 and they get to take home their creation, along with a certificate and group photo.

The cost of taking part is just 20 lei (around £ 4) per sessions.

Teachers and educators will receive a certificate of participation for extracurricular activities.

Workshops available on Saturdays and Sundays, from 12 PM to 8 PM. No booking required. Access will be every full hour.

Using ancient skills children will create colourful candles and learn the precise craft of decorating wax shapes. This workshop will develop the children’s manual aptitudes and team work. Care and patience is required, teaching children the importance of these aptitudes!

With sweet dough, rolling pins, shapes and imagination, your little ones will be transformed into brilliant bakers and create the tastiest, most beautiful biscuits. This workshop will contribute to the development of creativity, enforces hygienic habits and stimulates autonomy. Using fun and play, we can pass on the pleasure of baking.

Gingerbread is a symbol of Christmas. Master this traditional Christmas skill and learn how to decorate gingerbread in this practical workshop for children. The children have complete creative freedom, and will create the most fascinating gingerbread decorations. A beautiful and sweet memory for children and, for the grown-ups, a reason for pride.

Create your own unique Christmas Tree decorations for hanging at home or gifting to your loved ones. Although the shops are full with all kinds of Christmas tree decorations, in many shapes, sizes and colours, but in this workshop we will create unique ones.

In a festive environment, children will learn to create the most unique Christmas tree decorations, making their Christmas tree special every year.

In this workshop children will learn how to create a tapestry of decorative shapes including trees, stars, angles and hearts to create eye-catching Christmas decorations. The little artists will create special Christmas tree decorations from thermo mosaic beads: stars, Christmas trees, angels and many more shapes, in every possible colour.
